There is nowhere in the world like our two streets. We will be forever grateful for the memories we shared at 10 Westmoreland Place.

There were adult parties, kids’ sleepovers, baby showers, birthdays, street picnics, and carriage rides that circled our beloved neighborhood during the holidays.

There were Easter egg hunts in the median, bonfires after trick or treating, backyard football games, turkey frying in driveways, a neighbor playing Santa. We put the “fun” in fundraisers, and spent hours chatting on the sidewalk or in each other’s homes as we laughed or cried or both.

And we would WALK!!! Walk to Straub's or Whole Foods when we forgot something for dinner, walk to movies at The Chase, walk to the library, walk to all the great restaurants in the CWE, walk to tennis in Forest Park, walk to the fireworks at the VIP fair for 4th of July, walk to concerts at The History Museum, walk our two streets for exercise after dinner, walk for ice cream on Euclid, and walk to the Balloon Glow.

We have been beyond blessed and are eternally grateful.

We would love to hand the keys over to people who understand that it’s not just a house they will be moving into, but a loving and supportive community as well. We hope for a new family who can appreciate the rare opportunity to share in this neighborhood - these amazing houses - this place in history.
